Activity 1: The hook of the song: The theme : Mother’s unconditional love ___________________________________

‘verse’ ( 叙述段 )

a group of lines that form a unit in a song.

Activity 2 : the clue

（线索）

of song:

chorus （重复段）

part of a song that is sung after each VERSE Some features: (1) is not necessary in each song; (2) usually contains the hook and most distinguishing melody and lyrics of the song; (3) can be ‘independently sung’.

bridge （过渡段）

part of a song that is sung between some verses.

Some features: (1) Bridge is not necessary in each song; (2) Bridge contains different melody and lyrics from other verses (3) Bridge usually provides some new information before leading listeners back to the hook.
