- Terry Plochman, Plochman’s Mustard
Terry Plochman, fourth generation leader of US family business Plochman’s Mustard
has needed to overcome internal resistance to innovation.
You need to be a better innovator, as your competitors will be hindered by the same
resistance to change you have learned to overcome. In this session Terry will discuss
the challenges of innovation including, where to use competitors’ resistance as an
advantage.

Haydn Chrystal, a third generation family member will provide insights and experience
on the contrasting succession models used by three unique and unrelated family
businesses.
