We are excited about the your interest in the
LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP! Since leadership is not what
it used to be, 21st Century leadership in any
arena demands leaders to be sharp, competent and
effective.
The LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is not just another
academic leadership exercise that sends you home
excited with no real practical tools. Instead
participants leave with a measurable increase in their
confidence that will consequently increase their
overall effectiveness as a leader. Prepare to propel and
excel in your leadership after attending the LBC!
The LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP provides consulting services;
including coaching, leadership development, training,
strategic planning to churches, non-profits and marketplace
organizations to help them successfully develop the
underdeveloped skill sets in their leadership. We have a
skilled consulting staff – strong leaders in their own right –
who will help your organization navigate the ever-changing
landscape you face each day.
Our Team includes the best in the field of leadership,
business owners and respected ministry leaders. These are
men and women who have significant practical experience in
the local church and in the business arena.
Our Clients include churches, non-profit organizations, as
well as marketplace companies and leaders around the
globe.
 To
evaluate and identify gaps between actual and
required leadership performance.
 We then work with leaders to overcome these
gaps and build self-awareness and confidence as
part of the process.
 Provide tools that accelerate, update and activate
new skill sets.
 To train leaders to strategically envision
tomorrow today.
 To stimulate and simulate high impact thinking
that drives significant change and extraordinary
results.
Q: Who is LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP for?
A: Seasoned leaders, aspiring leaders, and leaders who desire to grow their organization or ministry
area by strengthening their skill set. If you are looking to increase your influence and impact beyond
where it is today, LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is for you!
Q: What is the investment required to participate in the LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP experience?
A: As a host – the investment is minimal! For the cost of travel and accommodations for
LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP. You have the option of having Bishop Kinney conduct the LEADERSHIP
BOOTCAMP alone or he can bring his team. The event host usually will set the cost of registration for
the event to defray costs. The cost of registration is at the discretion of the host, however, the
recommended fee is $25.00 per person. The host decides if lunch and snacks will be provided or if
participants will pay for this at their own expense.
When Bishop Kinney travels alone to conduct a LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP the event is usually held half a
day; 9AM-12Noon, 10AM-2PM etc. When Bishop Kinney travels alone, the host will provide an agreed
upon rate that is negotiated with Bishop Kinney.
Our number one goal with LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP experience is to serve and support as many leaders
as possible. We understand that many are just starting out, rebuilding, or recovering from other
pressures of ministry – so I intentionally, search for ways to make this experience as affordable to as
possible. We never want the expenses attached to hosting the LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP experience to
be financially prohibitive. With that in mind we are also able to customize a program on a case by case
basis. When traveling with a team, the love offering will be decided about the amount of registrants
and the price of registration.
Q: Is LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP only from churches or church groups, and start-up
ministries?
A: The LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is for any leader looking for effective strategies to expand
their current leadership skills whether it is business or ministry.
We have many seasoned leaders of well-established organizations, who find tremendous
value in LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP.
Q: What are your recommendations for handling registration for LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP?
A: It is VERY important that the event host is keeping track of event registrations. Maintain
an accurate list of people who have registered so that plans for snacks, photocopying
materials, and set-up for the event can be appropriately addressed. While we recommend
that you set a deadline for registrations close to the event itself, we also recommend that
you allow walk-ins and late registrations. A good online resource to accept payments
(credit cards, check) is www.eventbrite.com This resource will allow you to checking
registrants when they arrive, print registrant lists, create name badges and the participant
will be emailed a confirmation of their registration. A small fee is deducted from each
registration and it can be built so that the participant can absorb your fees.
Q: What type of facility and services are required to host a seminar?
A: Facility requirements are a meeting room with adequate seating capacity for the
expected number of participants (chairs and tables) for expected number of participants
suitable for taking notes; electrical power, small table for registration, small lectern;
restroom facilities.
The only thing left to do after the LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is to
put it into practice and that consists of two steps.
Step #1 is implementation. This is a process that helps your
organization actually execute the written vision. Without
implementation the vision remains only words on a piece of
paper.
Step #2 is evaluation. In this step your organization should
regularly evaluate what it’s doing not only
to improve, but to keep it in a progressive change mode.
We believe that leadership success should be more than an after
thought and rhetoric. Instead it should be a leadership reality!
The LEADERSHIP BOOTCAMP is committed to a set of values that
defines us and keep us grounded as an organization.
We place a HEAVY EMPHASIS on honoring God in all that we do
In relationship to our work
We share resources for maximum Kingdom impact.
We collaborate in ways that allow other leaders to focus on core
ministry competencies.

In our relationships with people
We believe that all people matter to God.
We treat each other as our most important resource.
