Platforms for Collaboration: Global Technology Task Force
The Global Technology Task Force is the IT technology arm of
business disability international (bdi) and builds on a model
proven by the UK BDF over 20 years
Comprised of Chief Information Officers and IT leads from both
bdi Founder and UK BDF partner companies, it brings together
some of the largest global procurers and suppliers of IT
services and technologies
Members are aligned to a common Charter to liberate talent,
increase customer access, improve business efficiency and
enhance social equality
Members benefit from the Task Force as a collaborative
platform for best practice in the use of accessible
technologies
– A standard Maturity Model for organisational planning and progress
– Effective use of technology as an enabler to remove barriers that stifle
performance, productivity and profit
– Proven approaches to meet legal and regulatory obligations
