Budget Considerations

In developing the HSP, the agency should ask
the following questions:
How much money is available, both in the short and
long term, to fund physical protection, training, and
preparedness enhancements?
 Are additional funding sources available from
federal, state, local, and/or private sources?
 Is there a process for accounting for emergency
response cost by the agency?

