Setup and Administration



PayCare’s setup wizards collect global
parameters like organization details, master
databases, designations, departments,
leaves, pays, pay dates, holidays, taxation,
credits, deductions, et al.

modify master data subject to validation.


One Click Payments.

Employee details like basic pay, standard
allowances and deductions, special
allowances, investments, arrears, bonus,
etc. all determine the pay slip generated
by this module.

Supplementary Pay Sheets can also be
generated to handle interim credits and
debits.

Time and Attendance

PayCare makes attendance monitoring a snap.

Attendance can be recorded either through manual entry or any automated
system like biometric devices, or swipe cards.

PayCare computerizes leave applications and employee with sanctioned
leaves will be marked as 'On Leaves' automatically.

Apart from common types of leaves, PayCare can adapt to any kind of leave
structure your organization may utilize.

Payroll

Payroll in most organizations is a function performed by the
Finance department by manual instructions from the Human
Resources Division.

In Accord HRMIS payroll is an integral part of the Human
Resources division, so that authorised data entered into the
employee file will automatically affect the payroll if required.

The Technology Behind PayCare

PayCare is a modular, 3-tier system. It uses MS SQL Server, a robust
RDBMS, for its database back-end. This ensures high performance,
security and scalability.

The middle tier comprises of Embedded Business Logic encapsulated
using COM and .Net technologies. This makes the system highly secure,
scalable, easily maintainable and extremely fast in operation.

The front-end comprises of windows forms that are intuitive and userfriendly. This ensures that the process complexity is hidden from the user
