License for manufacturer of Pesticides should be as per list of registered products
shown on CIB&RC website
License application should be linked with quality control applications
Trade name should be made mandatory
Restricted list given at CIB&RC website should linked
Various categories like FIM,TIM , Export under 9(3)/9(4)/9(3b) should be
mentioned in the application
At the time of renewal of license infrastructure for manufacturing need to be
checked, if not started manufacturing license should be cancelled.
Source of Technical, either imported or indigenous to be checked with CIB&RC
website
All relevant forms available in the insecticide act/ rule should be facilitated with eParwana which will give information on Stock, Sales, production, import, packaging
size, manufacturing and batch no.
At the time of renewal, sampling reports should be checked
Standardization of formats and unified license no. should be done
Location mapping of dealer (pesticides, fertilizer, seed)
