1.0 Company Structure
Reflecting the global progress in raising standards of product innovation, SPIndustries provide solutions with
special developed equipment that covers the electrical Motor Production sector, Slot wedge Production and
development as well as Electrical Insulation Materials. Major investment has led to further development of the
company's product and service range. Our Products provide exceptional performance, with various
configurations offering greater flexibility and cost-saving benefits to both client and end-user.
Quality Assurance
The company‘s systems and procedures comply with BS EN ISO9001 requirements and the local environmental
standards. Emphasis is placed on operator safety and close consultation with clients is maintained throughout
the manufacturing process.
Sales and Technical Support
A team of highly qualified Engineers provides invaluable support to the company. The Managers and their
Team can draw on the benefits of shared knowledge and experience of many years in business and are
available to answer queries or to expand on relevant points as necessary.
Manufacturing and Testing
Each project is closely monitored during all stages of manufacture and detailed progress reports are compiled.
Professional expertise and technical guidance is available to ensure that the same high degree of care and
attention applied during manufacture is applied at the hand-over stage. Warranty is available through the
company‘s service and maintenance contracts.
2.0 Company Development
Over the years, SPIndustries achieved growth through both Acquisition of New Customers and internal
development.
In 2001, we founded SPIndustries Kft HUNGARY to recognize our move into diversified businesses beyond
Trading operations, like Manufacturing and New Product Development.
Our First Project in this new direction was the manufacturing of KONE Elevator Motors. This Project is running
and growing since that time.
Currently, our Trading Products , manufacturer and market products are primarily for the European market,
where 85% of our revenues are derived.Main Focus in Europe is the Scandinavian and Austrian Market. The
remaining 15 % are made mainly in Asia.
We have [2] manufacturing facilities located in Hungary as well as [2] Office Settlements in Austria and
Hungary with approximately 160 employees in total.
SPIndustries major own Product is a Magnetical Slot Wedge with superior electrical and mechanical abilities.
It reduces the amount of energy losses produced by motors. The company's core technology, which is based on
patented improvements, is effective on motors and generators that run at different speeds and under variable
loads.
These motors are found in elevators, trains, traction systems, wind power generators and many other
applications. The savings are typically around 15-25%.
SPIndustries Austria and SPIndustries Hungary are since many years the Market Leader in Slotwedge
Technology and Slotwedge Sales.
