Sport Pix Action Shot in a Frame – 2014
– for each player, decorate field,
socializing following game.
May 11th (MON – 7 PM) or May 12th
(TUES – 5 PM) would be great evenings
for this event!




ONLY players and coaches in the dugout.
Uniform is ALWAYS on a hanger for JV/V
Uniforms washed at EAST HS for JV/V –
Uniforms washed by parents for C-Team
Communicate with families/friends following
a contest.



Acceptance - Athletes comply to your leadership
without protest. They may or may not agree, but
they decide to go along because the cost of
objecting—whether real or perceived—is too great.
Agreement - Athletes agree with your direction
and generally support it. But they are not
personally invested or committed to making it
happen. You have their minds but not their hearts.

you can’t seem to make things happen.

their teammates. They voice their support in public
and their concerns in private.
