Programme
Project aims:
• To develop and pilot talent management models with employers.
• To implement a programme of business to business mentoring and
support.
• To deliver a programme of leader-to-leader coaching
• Develop, implement and promote a brokering service that matches
skilled employees facing redundancy to opportunities in companies
in growing sectors of our footprint to ensure skills retention in our
sector.
• To establish a network for leaders implementing talent management
programmes.
