ARUN CHANDA
Arun Chanda is the Founder and Director of the Mint-HRC, a 360
degree hospitality consulting group based out of New Delhi, India.
Arun is a hotel management graduate from IHMCT&AN from the 1993
batch and has a repertoire of more than 18 years in the hospitality
industry, gaining rich hands on experience in Culinary & F&B
operations & management. His journey in the industry has been very
successful with many achievements at various levels of operation. His
achievement started right at the first year of his career when he was
awarded as the “MOST PROMISING & UPCOMING CHEF OF THE YEAR”
in 1993 at Hotel Cidade de Goa, a 5 star beach resort in Dona Paula,
Goa. And since then he has received many accolades from being an
award winning chef to a successful General Manager to becoming a
successful hospitality consultant working with large & renowned
hospitality groups in Goa, Mumbai, Bhopal, Kolkata, Chennai,
Delhi/NCR & Punjab. In mid 2009, he formed his own company called
“Mint Hotels & Restaurants Consultancy Pvt Ltd”, based out of New
Delhi, India.
Mint operations started in Aug 2009, with a vision of achieving other
people’s dreams of owning successful business operations in the F&B
space. Arun believes in taking the complete ownership of all the new
brands that he creates, ensuring top quality & delivery on time. By
saying “You Dream, We Deliver”, Mint is committed to your dreams.
In the last two years, Mint has achieved to build a few new brands like
Café Oz, an Aussie concept with 2 outlets in Delhi, one in Chandigarh &
one in Bangalore, Greek Food & Beyond, a Mediterranean Cafe in
Bhopal, Bagel’s Café, a European Café having 4 outlets in Delhi/NCR &
planning further expansion, The Mind Café, a Singapore based board
games game chain in Gurgaon, Fruto Fresh, a heath café in Green Park,
New Delhi, Crazy Burger, a burger QSR in Patiala, all of them running
very successfully and planning to further expand their chains.
At present, Mint is working on a few more new projects in New
Delhi/NCR, Bhopal, Trivandrum and Chennai in the café, QSR & fine
dining space, with different F&B concepts.

conceiving an idea, developing the concept, plan & execute with every
