What is PASS?
The Postdoctoral Application Support Service(PASS) is a
centralized application service of the American Dental
Education Association (ADEA). PASS is available for
individuals applying to more than 500 participating
advanced dental education (postdoctoral) programs.
PASS simplifies the application process by providing one
standardized format, thereby relieving applicants of the
need to complete multiple applications. Advanced dental
education programs benefit by receiving uniform
information on all applicants. PASS serves only as an
information clearinghouse and does not influence the
advanced dental education programs’ appraisal or
selection of applicants. Each program has the right to
request supplemental information from applicants.
Meeting Goals
• Review the survey result
• Group Discussions (by regions) on
Post Grad application process
• Feedbacks

specialties should participate in
PASS? Why or Why not?
2) If you are able to input all the
biographical information and
achievement into the PASS file,
shall the supplemental be
eliminated ?
3) What are the things can be
incorporate by PASS? (I.E. Offical
board scores, official transcripts,
