MODUS OVERVIEW
Domestic Violence
•
Paloma’s Domestic Violence software is intended to be simple to use and update.
All sections have been designed in a methodical sequence and are linked to one
another for easy report generation. The information itself, such as the criteria for
drop down lists can be customised to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
Functions of the database:
•
Details can be stored methodically in 4 separate datasets that include Subject of
Abuse, Alleged Perpetrators, Children and Agencies.
All sets of data are linked and a comprehensive Search option reduces duplication
of records and effort.
•
Tracking and monitoring of MARAC and IDVA clients.
•
A list of Activities in date order is also available for quick access to up and coming
events.
•
A report generation facility can be activated, to collate various aspects of the
stored data and can be translated into tabular or graphical format. Hestia
Assessment reporting is also available.
•
An Audit trail is incorporated to monitor and track changes to the records
•
Duplicate record checking
•
Red Flag option to enable quick identification of ‘at risk’ clients.
