co-ordinate the enabling of drug users and those affected by drug
use, and to supply relevant statistics to the Welsh Assembly on a
quarterly basis

becomes obsolete
• Comprehensive Annual Support ensures technical,
developmental and user support undertaken by highly
qualified, professional, and friendly staff

• Each user licence is issued with a user role
• Roles have permissions that decide on the level of access to
the data. For example:
• An Administrator role has access to all data, reports and
management of the Admin functions
• A User role has access to client records restricted by Agency,
with no access to Admin functions

records. Select the History option on the Toolbar to access latest records by logged-in user

Search Options
Search engines for the records are available from the navigation toolbar.
Use of the wildcard (%) will minimise duplication of data.
For example: Search by Surname field of Jo* will find records where the
surname matches as a minimum the first two letters. i.e. Johnson, Jones
….. Select the individual column headings to put the data in a sort order.
