– Heat exchangers are most often seen facilities in the industry. during the process of the heat exchange, fo uling is a seriously problem.

– Observation and research on the fouling has been tak en since 1920s, however, until now the fouling in he at exchangers is still an unsolved problem.

– Firstly, the stainless steel are polished and then ultra sonic cleaning with 10% NaOH solution, absolute al cohol and de-ionized water successively.

– Prepare deposition solution with (NH4) 2 TiF 6 BO 3 and use LPD method to prepare TiO 2 and H 3 coating. A fter deposited for a certain time, the stainless steel was heat treated .

– The prepared TiO nto the FPS solution for 2-3h and heat treated at 150 ℃ to prepare TiO 2 2 coating surface was then dipped i -FPS composite coatings. Surface prepared by this method shows high hydrophobic.

– Test the performance of the TiO 2 and the composite hydrophobic coatings in the pool boiling system.
