Rules & Protocol of Texas EC

30 Minute Protocol – You must be on time to check in…
If show up at 1:30pm to a 1:00pm meeting, you are not allowed in. You need
to account for time to check in.
DRESS CODE
•Team Shirts for both qualifiers and wild cards
• Elite Circle Name Badge
• Dress Sharp! – No Wrinkles or Un-tucked Shirts
NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED
EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS
• Bottled Water is Permissible
NO IN AND OUT EXCEPT FOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS
• Only during 10-15 minutes break given every 2-3 hours
SEATS ARE ASSIGNED ACCORDING TO YOUR CLASS RANK
AT EACH SESSION: Highest ranking sit in front row, lowest rank sit behind them.
Goal be in the Top 20

• Cell phone ring = (-1) PT to owner, everyone else (-½) PT
NOTE: MD phone rings = (-2) PTS to owner
*cell phone ring penalty starts during the Elite Orientation!!!
• Texting during sessions= (-½) PT
• You Cannot miss BPM on M/T/W or S = (-½) PT.
(Sign the Sign-In Sheet. Let us know if you have issues, exceptions must be job related)
• Attending BIG Events are Mandatory = (-2) PTS
(Super Sat, Conventions, & Summits, etc. = must submit proof )
• Absent 1 session = (-2) PTS
**You must make up homework from the missed session on the next session to complete Elite Circle.
**You must still send in and submit homework even if you are absent in class!
• Incomplete Homework = Points deducted accordingly.
Penalties: are due at the beginning of each session to the Accountability Team.

•Less than 15 minutes late = (-½) PT
•More than 15 minutes late = (-1) PT
• If You Leave During Training = (-1) PT ,
the Class is docked and fined (-1/2)
• No Name Badge = (-½) PT
• Lost Name Badge = (-½) PT
• No Team Shirt = (-1) PT
• Missing Materials = (-½) PT
• Harassing Advisor, Homework or Accountability Team members
in any way = (-1) PT
• Replacement ELITE must be qualified by the 4th Class (+5 PTS)
or (-1) PT; 5th Class (-2) PTS; 6th Class (-4) PTS

Spouse/Significant Other Role:
 If both spouse/significant other qualifies with the
guidelines (5 PT’s), both must submit separate
Registration Form along with their separate registration
fee.
 If spouse/significant other role is only for “support”, all
activities (sales/recruits/guests) CAN be under either
competing partner’s agent code or spouse agent code.
 Spouse are welcome/encouraged at all meetings/events

1 – No credit for personal sales. Personal sales count for your up-line only.
2 – Paper AMA will be only accepted if there is a background problem. You will receive
credit once the person has a received a code number and you show proof of code
number.
3 – Field training sale counts as HALF for both, trainer and trainee if both trainer and
trainee are in the same Elite Class!
(Non-licensed Cadet (trainee) must have their sale proof signed by their MD)
4 – All homework and qualifying documents must be accompanied by required proofs at
the time of submission. Incomplete or late delivery of proof requirement does not
count!
Note: Sales proofs require a copies of the front page of the application, client’s check.
For AppVantage appl, Cadet must show screen print of “SUBMITTED” transaction
detail report.
All proofs of Sale & Rec must have client’s private info blackened out. (No SS, Address,

DOB, Phone, DL info. Must blacken out half of last name.)
5 – Each elite Cadet is allowed to bring one prospective elite replacement on
the 3rd session. The prospective elite replacement will be allowed to stay for
the first half of the session. Each prospective elite replacement must have
min. 3 out of the 5 pointers.
6 – WFG black pens, Red felt tip pens with White X, and Recording pens are
the only ones allowed to be used in class.
7 – MDs and UP can not be a WILDCARD, must qualify with 5pts.

Homework Rules for Texas EC
1) All homework & bonuses must be kept in a formatted binder. Period No
exceptions
2) All homework must be submitted or signed off by the Homework team..
3) All non-qualified MDs of Cadets must be present to submit in homework & other
requirements to the MDs to sign-off for at least one hour before the due time.
NOTE: For Cadets with out of town MDs:
** 1. Must package the homework along with MD sign off sheet before
submitting to Homework Advisory Team. If incomplete, it will automatically
not be counted. OR
2. Out-of-town MD will appoint a local MD to sign off the package for nonMD Cadets before submitting to Homework Advisory Team.

4) Homework ends on THURSDAY at 6:00 pm the week before Next
Class Session.
5) All homework must be submitted to the Homework team member by
6:00 pm THURSDAY before the Class.
6) Any results must be reported in email/twitter within 24 – 48 hours or
ZERO credit will be given, even if submitted
7) There will be random spot check during class so Cadets must carry
their proof at every EC Class

1. Any Elite Cadet may call out anybody in the class.
2. Cadet may decide what category to compete with:
a) Recruit (2 pts.)
b) Sale (1 pt. per application except ½ pt. for term application)
c) Overall points (recruits and sales combine).
3. The Cadet who gets challenged may decline the call out. However, Cadets may only
decline twice. Cadet must accept the 3rd Call Out issued.
4. If the Cadet does not like the category in which he/she is being challenge at, he/she
can counter challenge with his or her chosen category.
5. Winner of the Callout takes corresponding points from opponent’s total current
standing points.
6. If both competing Cadets are 0 points during the Call Out computation, there will be
a fine of $10 from each Cadet.
7. All Cadets must compete at 4th, 5th, and 6th session, cannot opt out.
** All call outs will be at the discretion by CEOs’ final approval.

Graduation Requirements
1. There will be a quiz at the beginning of every session and a
Final on Session 6. You must Pass the Final Exam in order
to graduate!
2. Must be at least life licensed on or before graduation day!
3. Must have more than Zero points AFTER class 6.
4. Must attend Graduation Ceremony at Class 1 of next EC

2) Cheating on Homework, Quizzes, Final
3) Negativity (Upline, sideline, etc.)
4) Absent for 2 sessions
5) 0 Pts.
6) Leakage of material or detail of Elite Circle, in any degree,
to any person outside Elite Circle Team.
