SPCC SZCZECIN
• The regional representation in Szczecin was officially opened on 19th
March 2009
• At that time, there were 16 members from the Western Pomeranian
region. Today this number has increased to 33, and our ambition is that
we should have 50 regional members by the end of 2011
• The basis for the increase is the large number of Scandinavia capital
companies already located in Western Pomerania. According to our
analysis of up to date court registers, there appr. 300 such companies
with a total share capital of appr. 300 mill. EUR
• The Danish representation is by far the highest, accounting for appr.
60% of numbers and invested share capital
SPCC SZCZECIN ACTIVITIES
• 4 major events per year, including the annual Investors Golf Tournament
organized together with the Marshall’s Investors Assistance Centre
• Business mixers in the biggest cities of Western Pomerania
• Representation in local government advisory groups and councils
• Continuous contact with local and regional politicians and members of
the press
• Patronage on events and projects connected with Scandinavian issues
