LSOP Mentoring Program
• At the end of each quarterly meeting, an
LSOP participant will be chosen to serve as
the mentor for the next quarterly meeting.
• ATIS will notify the mentor when a
registration is received from a new attendee
LSOP Mentoring Program - cont.
• Mentor Responsibilities:
– Contact new attendees prior to meeting to
answer any immediate questions
– Provide new attendees with the URL address
for obtaining soft copies of OBF Guidelines,
LSOP PDR document and LSOP critical
documentation checklist
– During OBF week, hold Q&A session
– Conduct “debriefing” conference call following
OBF week

• New attendees will be given the opportunity
to co-champion new issues introduced
during their first meeting.
