4 Wraps- plain or flavoured.
Filling.
boneless chopped chicken breasts
,1tbs oil.
1 small onion,50g mushrooms,1 red
pepper,
75g bean sprouts, few spring
onions,50g sugar snap peas,1 clove
garlic, .pepper, herbs, stock cube.
Stir fry ingredients can be varied to
taste.
Optional flavours-Sweet and Souradd1 tbsp honey, juice of a lemon
or lime.
Chinese-add Soy Sauce, 5 Spice
etc.
Indian-add 1 tsp curry paste or
powder, cumin etc.
Mexican-add hot pepper sauce to
taste.
METHOD.
• Wash and peel vegetables.
• Chop up vegetables into small

pieces that will stir fry quickly.
Chop onion last.
Use a food scissors to cut
chicken into bite size pieces.
Place oil in frying pan. Fry
chicken and onion for approx
10 minutes, stirring well.
Stir fry remaining vegetables
until lightly cooked.
Add seasoning. Check chicken
is cooked through.
Fill and fold wraps.
