Chicken curry
• Ingredients • 3 chicken breasts • Oil • 1 onion • Fresh coriander • 3 tbsp tikka paste • 1 can coconut milk or 1 tin chopped tomatoes • Method • 1) chop chicken and fry in oil.
• 2) peel and finely chop onion. Add to pan.
• 3) chop coriander, add to pan.
• 4) add tikka paste.
• 5) add coconut milk or tomatoes and reduce.
Sweet and sour chicken or pork.

Ingredients
• 3 chicken breasts/ 200g pork • 2 tbsp oil • 1 onion, chopped • 1 green pepper • 1 tin pineapple (big) • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar • 3 oz soft brown sugar • 2 tbsp corn flour • 1 tbsp soy sauce • Container •
Method;
• 1) Put oil in pan, and fry chopped onion, chop chicken. Add chicken to pan.
• 2) Chop green pepper and add.
• 3) Make up pineapple juice to ½ pt with boiled water.
• 4) Add water and pineapples to pan. Add white wine vinegar and sugar and soy sauce.
• 5) Thicken on heat with corn flour.
• 6) Put into container.
• Ingredients: • Olive oil for frying • 3 tbsp Soy sauce • 3 inch Fresh ginger • 3 tbsp Honey • Bean sprouts • Baby corn • Mange tout • Onion • Coloured peppers
Stir fry
• Method: • 1) Finely chop onion and begin to fry in a little oil. Add soy sauce and honey.
• 2) Chop ginger finely or grate. add to pan.
• 3) Chop other vegetables julienne style. • 4) Fry together for a further 5 mins.
• Ingredients • 200g mince beef • 1 onion chopped • 1 garlic clove crushed • Oil • 2 tsp hot chilli powder • 1tin chopped tomatoes • 1 tin kidney beans • Mushrooms, optional
Chilli
• Method.
• 1) Fry up beef and chopped onion in a pan.
• 2) add garlic and chilli powder.
• 3) add chopped tomatoes.
• 4) add mushrooms.
• 5) reduce.
