 Describe the objectives of the joint exchange programme.
 Give an overall description of the exchange scheme and the planned
scientific activities.
 Please provide in this section:
the description of the Work Packages divided by specific tasks;
the list of milestones, where appropriate;
the Gantt Chart of secondments.
 Demonstrate that the numbers of exchanged staff and the duration of their
exchange are adequate to achieve the objectives of the programme.

„Several proposals allowed for the main partner to have exchange
programmes with individual partners, but there was no connection or staff
exchange between these other partners. There should be also a justification
for the selection of partners.”

 uzasadnienie składu konsorcjum, w tym udział krajów trzecich;
 współpraca pomiędzy krajami EU i krajami trzecimi, ale też pomiędzy
partnerami z EU (mimo braku funduszy UE na wizyty);

 Describe the programme for the transfer of knowledge between the partners.
Please give detailed information about e.g. the number of workshops/conferences/
training, the target audience, sustainability of the knowledge transfer, etc.
 Describe the added value (in terms of gained knowledge) for the partners involved

science, since this was not specifically requested in the “Guide”.”

the art for the subject-matter. This is a relevant component of the quality of

 TOK poprzez: wymianę, szkolenia, kontakty, prace badawcze, wykłady,
udział doświadczonych i młodych naukowców, studentów, techników,
kadry zarządzającej;
 wykłady/ seminaria- specjalnie organizowane (raczej brak funduszy UE)
albo wykorzystanie istniejących w instytucji;
 opis korzyści z projektu dla każdego partnera, w tym np.. wspólne
publikacje, projekty, nowe metody, wyniki badań,..

of knowledge
 Describe the role of the exchanged researchers and their specific expertise.
Define the goals to be achieved through their exchange
 If applicable: describe the reasons for exchanging managerial/technical staff and
explain their specific role and the goals to be achieved through their exchange

term and longer term stays, and to discuss benefits of these to different
categories of staff .”

cooperation between the partners
„The need for balanced exchanges out of Europe and into Europe is mentioned in the
“Guide for applicants” (page 6) but this issue is not reflected in the evaluation criteria.
Consequently, this balance which is relevant for assessing the impact is not given
sufficient attention in the proposals.”
„Big networks tended to be rather general whereas small network addressed very
specific areas for the international research staff exchange. Information was often
missing on the relevance for different partners. The “Guide” should advise applicants
to explain the expected broader impact, and impact for different partners.”

 wymiana wiedzy pomiędzy partnerami; publikacje/ szkolenia
 nawiązanie nowej/ ściślejszej współpracy;
 likwidacja fragmentaryzacji;
 przejście od kontaktów bilateralnych z partnerami z krajów trzecich do
współpracy międzynarodowej;
 szkolenie młodej kadry;
 szukanie pomysłów na projekty badawcze, w tym do 7PR (wymienić
priorytety/ obszary badawcze, SICA);
 poszukiwanie nowych źródeł finansowania: poziom międzynarodowy i
krajowy;
 rozpowszechnianie wyników projektu;
 włączanie partnerów z krajów trzecich do istniejącej / nowej
