FIC – CVS is a society where elements of finance
and investment come in tandem to enrich and
expand the knowledge and network base of the
members. It was founded with the belief of
generating interest and creating awareness about
the various aspects of finance and investment at
the undergraduate level.
About FIC
Today it is a confluence of academic and extracurricular excellence. Since its inception, it has
organised many events such as guest lectures,
case study analysis competitions and business
quizzes.

Past:
BIZKRIEG’14
Last year @BIZKRIEG`14 – Our team successfully
hosted the first edition, with an intriguing theme - “AN
ALTERNATE HISTORY”.
For our prelims (online and on-campus) we received
enthusiastic participation from over 40 colleges in DU.
The prestigious VP Chest auditorium, North campus
saw an enthralling participation of over 200+ students
at the final showdown.
With such a huge success in our very first attempt,
Bizkrieg is now a brand of innovation and
organizational prowess.

And our strategy is to be the best. To strive
towards perfection. To give the participants an
unforgettable experience; unforgettable learning.
It is a two day event which will provide an
opportunity to judge and, to be judged.
It will be a stage to test the leadership, financial,
analytical and decision making skills of the
participants.

Ideas, hardships, failures
come yonder, he stumbles
Then, like a sail
He emerges from the waves
in the distant sea
And an applaud welcomes him.
It is not that we need new ideas, but we need to
stop having old ideas. A smart manager knows
this, and thus constantly strives to better his own
ideas by unlearning and then learning again. This
event picks out the best manager who is
balanced , innovative, thinks on his feet and
possess vision and vigor. .
It’s a package, a combination of imagination,
creativity and will. It is an attempt to find the
person in you who knows the human psyche and
thus can exploit it for the enterprise.

Perhaps in sunlight or the dawn
They reach your mind, through your sight
You will be influenced, no matter how hard you try.
The Business quiz is a competition that holds up
the spirit of acquiring great knowledge. As for the
quizmasters, it is a tool that helps bring forth the
immense potential of the human mind by twisting
and boggling it.
