NFC enabled car for access and start
Car access:
The user is positioning the NFC phone/card close to the door handle, the car is interrogating the NFC phone/card and if and open the car if it matches
Start:
When in the car, the user put the NFC phone/card in a dedicated slot and pressed the “start” button, the engine is started if correct NFC phone/card is recognized HF UHF LF

Communication Interface Mechanism
Microcontroller is the master of the communication and communicate through MLX90132 set of command Registers of MLX90132 auto. set when protocol selected MLX90132 is taking care of the protocol framing (SOF, EOF, CRC …) and returns bytes information Two interrupt signals available to MLX90132 & the external microcontroller wake-up the We Engineer The Sustainable Future.

Power modes
4-different power modes available:
Hibernate (typ. 10 μA) Sleep (typ. 20 μA) Tag Detector (typ. 45 μA) Active (typ. 100mA in reader mode)

TAG detection state-machine
Short impulses of HF field to detect any variations of amplitude Number of HF pulses & waiting time fully programmable depending on the application & environment MLX90132 generates IRQ signal to wake-up the external microcontroller as soon as TAG is detected We Engineer The Sustainable Future.
