Expanding the participation of the city of Plovdiv in the global IT
markets:
 stimulate development trends in the ICT sector by creating a
competitive environment for innovative R&D activities /new
software products, new value-added IT solutions…/
 insufficient workforce  to keep the well-qualified specialists in
the city; to attract new ones; enough adequate educational policy
 enhancing the members’ competitive advantages in both national
and international level
