It is an established fact and reality that Pakistani manpower force is par Excellency in
performance precisely & timely over its counterparts. This is a Vital asset of Pakistan
economy and natural resource to replete the requirement particularly of brotherly Middle
East Countries in executing Construction and maintenance work.
However, there is still need of some drastic measures in honing technical sophistication
and disciplinary training to make the best use of our God blessed resources preferably to
the consumer market. In the bid of large consumption of Pakistani Manpower
Recruitmen International does not believe in slave trading rather prefers to select
willing workers and avoid rogue candidates even if they pass technical test & clear
medical report. After selection they are provided facility to enhance & improve their
technical capacity & performance. They are also taught laws of host countries and also
guided the principals of human interaction to interact with each other & different
Nationals. Thus we are receiving manpower procurement orders in large numbers by
well reputed organization working in Middle East particularly in construction fields.

and harsh climatic conditions the Pakistan’s manpower become extra ordinary


Under the growing demand of manpower requirement by our
brethren Middle East Countries in early 70’s, we actively engaged in
exploring qualified workers from Pakistan to meet this gigantic
challenge. Though we were not specific to certain areas of
opportunities yet the circumstances and our performance attract to
our valued clients in Construction field, the major consuming hub of
Manpower.

With the passage of time the indigenous skilled manpower reduced
to the least & replaced by half baked trainee workers which affect
quality & performance the major components of the progress of any
reputed organization. By the grace of Almighty ALLAH! We have
privilege to cater manpower services to joints of Construction
Companies like El-Sief Engineering & Cont. Est. and deliver quality
workers regardless of numbers successfully to their projects in
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

