• • • • Shops close early and are closed on Sundays Informality Keep track of the time – being late is a sin Your mobiles should be on silent/vibrate when in a meeting, and it is considered rude to answer it during a meeting

VISA
• • • We will send an invitation letter to your e-mail address as well as to the closest Norwegian Consultate or Embassy When you receive the letter of invitation you can go and apply http://www.norvegia.ru/Embassy/visatonorway/
TICKETS AND INSURANCE
• You have to buy travel insurance yourself for the whole stay in Norway. We will refund the costs in Oslo. • We will buy all the tickets. The tickets are electronic and are sent you by e-mail from either [email protected]
Days of travel: Monday 16 April and Wednesday 9 May • Tickets for the internship-period will be given to you in Norway
Arrival in Oslo Monday 16 April
You will be met at the airport and brought to your place of living You will have your own room or apartment both in Oslo and while you are on your internship You will be given a daily rate to cover food and a sum to cover local transport
PREPARATIONS
• Have contact with your host about your programme – we will give both contact information • Prepare a presentation about your work and your region, for presentation in host organisations • Make sure that you are clear regarding your objectives, goals and expectations for the internship – you will be asked to talk about it in Oslo
