Tim Feagans – Managing Director

Tim Feagans is a Managing Director for NAI Global National Investment Sales Team. Based out of the NAI Robert Lynn office in
Dallas, TX, Tim focuses nationally on the lending, acquisition and disposition of government leased properties and credit
corporate single tenant properties.
Tim's primary responsibilities are to enhance systems related to clients maximizing return on invested capital, cash-on-cash,
internal rate of return, reversion analysis, 1031 tax deferred exchanges and to create policies and procedures that affect
workflow and productivity.
Background & Experience:
Tim has been involved in the disposition and acquisition of over $350m of government leased and credit corporate single tenant
properties.
Tim began his business career with the investment bank Wheat, First Butcher & Singer in Richmond, Virginia in the Taxable
Fixed Income department. In 1993 he moved to Dallas and continued his investment career with ELM Financial, a commodities
trader.
It was in 1999 when Tim parlayed his investment experience into the commercial real estate industry. Tim joined Henry S. Miller
Commercial and helped launch the Corporate Services division assisting such notable clients as Prudential and EDS on their
leasing and disposition of real estate. In late 2004 Tim joined Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office. Tim was recognized nationally
as a Top Producer in the National Office & Industrial Properties Group and the Top Producer of government leased investment
volume and sales, CoStar PowerBroker and D CEO Top Broker.
In August 2011 Tim was presented with the opportunity to join NAI Global.

Tim is, or has been, actively involved in several business and social organizations, such as NAIOP (National Association of
Industrial and Office Properties), NTCAR (North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors), Habitat for Humanity, Park Cities
YMCA Partner’s Campaign and Airborne Angel Cadets of Texas, to name a few. Presently, Tim serves as the Chapter
President for the VMI North Texas Alumni Association and on the Board of Management of the Park Cities YMCA and Fitness
Committee.
Education / Personal:
Tim was born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia. He is an Army graduate of the Virginia Military Institute (VMI), Class of 1990,
having received a B.A. in Political Science and History. Tim was also a member of the VMI football team which competed in
Division 1-AA or, as it is referred to today, the Football Championship Subdivision.
Tim is married to Sally and they are the proud parents of three boys, Hunter (16), Pearson (14) and Cooper (9). In their free
time, they enjoy numerous activities involving their children, fitness, travel, hunting, fishing, skiing and golf.

Michael Carter is the Senior Vice President of NAI Global National Investment Sales Team. Michael is well known in the national
and Dallas – Fort Worth commercial real estate markets and works nationally in the commercial investment sales arena. Michael
is a well –qualified commercial real estate executive with over 25 years of experience negotiating transactions as a developer,
investor, broker, landlord and tenant.
Background & Experience
Over his career , he has worked with Dallas area and national commercial real estate firms such as Marcus & Millichap, Regency
Centers, United Commercial Realty/Chain Links, The Weitzman Group and Hopkins-Shafer. His areas of expertise include
commercial asset acquisition & investment sales, retail development, land assemblage, project leasing and brokerage sales force
operations. Michael is recognized for creative deal structuring and handling multiple projects and deadlines concurrently. Expert
negotiating qualifications – creatively negotiated and closed complex transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. Michael
has managed more than $35 million in commercial development projects, primarily Class A retail centers. Michael has also has
brokered and sold many large office and retail assets in the $20 million dollar range.

Investors. In that role Peter managed the sale of over $7 billion in commercial real estate assets and implemented a

Scope of Service Experience:
John Lancaster joined NAI 2006 as President/Principal of the Property Management Division. In this role, he is in charge of
running the Management Division as well as overseeing leasing of the managed properties. Prior to joining NAI, he enjoyed a
successful career in real estate at TIG Real Estate Services and Trammell Crow Company as well as at Bluebonnet Savings
Bank in the REO Finance Department selling and financing real estate assets.
With over 19 years experience in commercial real estate, John has completed more than 500 transactions on behalf of his
clients. He is now utilizing his years of experience to develop the Property Management Division. The addition of Property
Management to NAI’s leading Industrial and Office Divisions combined with NAI’s global alliance will make NAI the real estate
company of choice in the marketplace.
Background & Experience:
John’s background makes him the perfect choice to run the NAI Global National Investment Sales Team Property Management
Division. While at Trammell Crow, John worked as a property manager and fully understands what it takes to maintain a
property while ensuring the tenants are satisfied and have a positive relationship with the landlord. At TIG, John focused on
leasing managed property. He really came to understand the importance of marketing a property and the interdependence of
leasing and managing a property. Both areas must be handled with the utmost care and professionalism in order to maximize
the value of an asset. John’s clients will benefit from his extensive background in this area and his understanding of what it
takes to have a successful property. John is a native of Dallas and is married with four children.

A Dallas native, John earned his undergraduate degree from Tulane University with a B.A. in History and his MBA in finance
from The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.

Prior to his graduate work, he was a stockbroker for Rauscher Pierce Refsnes in Dallas. John is a Licensed Real Estate
Salesman in the State of Texas and serves as President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commercial
Association of Realtors (NTCAR). For his work in 1996-1999, 2001-2004 and 2007-2009, John was awarded as one of the
“Heavy Hitters” in Dallas as a Leasing Agent and won the award for the “Best Deal with Developed Real Estate” for his work on
the Home Depot lease at 2800 Forest Lane in 1997. In 1998 he again won the award for the “Best Deal with Developed Real
Estate” for his work on the Business Interiors lease at 1101-1111 Valley View Lane.

Established in Dallas in 1995, Somervell Commercial Realty is one of the most respected commercial real estate firms in the
region. Led by Jesse Pruitt, Somervell Commercial Realty is involved all segments of the commercial Real Estate Industry.

Professional History:
Jesse K. Pruitt got his start in the real estate industry in 1974 when he joined Vantage Companies as a marketing
representative. In 1976, he was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. In 1978, he became Senior Vice President and
subsequently Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Dallas division of Vantage Development Company as well
as Executive Vice President of Vantage Management Company. In 1978, he was also named "Marketing Executive of the
Year," and in 1983 he was named Vantage "Manager of the Year." At Vantage he was responsible for the development,
management and leasing of more than 30 million square feet of office, warehouse, build-to-suit and design-build facilities in the
D/FW Metroplex and throughout the United States.
In 1988, Vantage sold its leasing and management operations to Bradford Companies, an owner representative firm providing
full-service real estate services for owners and tenants. Mr. Pruitt was Executive Vice President/Managing Partner, and under
his direction the company completed more than 2,500 real estate transactions totaling over $750 million. He also supervised
day-to-day management, leasing, and development operations of more than 20 million square feet of industrial and office space
for institutional owners, pension fund advisors, and REIT’s.

Mr. Pruitt joined Wilcox Realty Group in February 1992 as one of the founders and assumed the role of President of Wilcox
Development Services, Inc. He was responsible for both industrial and office leasing and new development. After joining the
company, he negotiated leases for more than five million square feet of office and warehouse properties. In 1994, Mr. Pruitt
joined CMC-Commercial Realty Group as a Partner/Principal. While at CMC, Mr. Pruitt was responsible for over 10 million
square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial, office, retail and tech/flex product.
Mr. Pruitt has separated from CMC-Commercial Realty Group and continues to provide development, brokerage and consulting
services to commercial real estate clients in Texas as Somervell Commercial Realty Group. Mr. Pruitt first incorporated the
Somervell name in 1995.
Educational Background:
Mr. Pruitt graduated from Texas Tech University in 1969, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and also was a
Texas Tech Football Letterman.

Professional and Civic Affiliations:
Mr. Pruitt is a licensed Texas broker and member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. In 2009, Mr. Pruitt
was inducted into the Dallas-Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He is a member of the National Association of
Industrial and Office Properties, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Real Estate Institute. Mr. Pruitt was also one of
the four founders of the Real Estate Council, established in 1986.
Mr. Pruitt has served as national President of the Texas Tech Alumni Association and a Board Member of the Texas Tech Red
Raider Club. Mr. Pruitt is a 20-year Board Member of the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association and a member of the Cotton Bowl
Selection Committee. He is also the founder and former President of the Las Colinas Polo Club and a Board Member of the
United States Polo Training Foundation. In addition, Mr. Pruitt is a member of the Board of Governors of Stonebriar Country
Club, and President of the Roger Marks Medical Foundation.

Scope of Service Experience:
Greg E. Schecher joined NAI Global in April of 2011 in the capacity of Senior Vice President CRE Finance.
Greg is a member of the Capital Markets team and is responsible for establishing the Mortgage Finance Group that will fulfill the
financing requirements of all NAI members nationally.
Background & Experience:
Mr. Schecher has been an active participant in the financing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate for twenty
five years.
Prior to joining NAI, Greg was the managing member of Lexington Capital Advisors LLC. Lexcap represents commercial
borrowers facing loan default. The firm provides advice and counsel and arranges for the recapitalization or sale of distressed
assets.
Johnson Capital recruited Mr. Schecher in July of this 2005, as a Senior Vice President, Greg was responsible for establishing
the Johnson brand in Florida. During his tenure Mr. Schecher completed multiple mortgage financing and investment property
sale transactions. Greg became a senior member of the Johnson Capital NYC team during 2009; he was responsible for
leadership in obtaining multiple borrower re-capitalization assignments.

Mr. Schecher joined the David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation as a Senior Vice President in June of 2002, where he was
responsible for the procurement of disposition assignments and the structuring and closing of equity and debt financing
assignments. Cronheim Mortgage Corporation is located in Chatham, New Jersey and is the largest and oldest privately owned
mortgage banker located on the east coast.
In 1994, Mr. Schecher founded the conduit lender Westminster Capital Company (WCC). During his tenure as Managing
Director of WCC, Greg closed 200 CMBS loans.
While managing WCC, Mr. Schecher became a founding member and a director of The Bankers Capital Group (BCG), a
national conduit lending consortium. BCG produced $500 million of conduit loan volume during its first year of operation. Mr.
Schecher subsequently sold his interest in WCC and remained a director of BCG until April of 2002.
Mr. Schecher was the Chief Operating Officer of JDL Inc. from 1990-1993. JDL was an established New Jersey based
commercial leasing, property management and investment sales organization. In 1992, “New Jersey Business” named the
company the sixth largest New Jersey commercial real estate firm.
In 1987 Mr. Schecher became the Regional Director of Cushman and Wakefield’s Financial Services Group located in Boca
Raton, Florida. He was responsible for investment property sales and mortgage financing in the southeast. He relocated to the
main office in New York City during 1989 and was appointed Vice President.

structured finance. Mr. Schecher has appeared as a speaker at conferences sponsored by Crittenden, Real Share, the Florida
Mortgage Brokers Association, as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP, and private seminars. He has
authored articles for Commercial Mortgage Insight, The Daily Business Review, The National Real Estate Investor, Shopping
Center News, Southeast Real Estate News, and Real Estate Forum. Mr. Schecher holds a New York State real estate broker’s
license and a Florida real estate license.

Significant Transactions:
Schecher represented the seller of PGA Plaza, a landmark property located in Palm Beach County, Florida, refinanced the
historic Daily News building on the island of Palm Beach, the MedPlex building in Boca Raton, University Plaza in Tamarack,
Andrews Office Center in Cypress Creek, and financed a major land acquisition loan in Palm Beach County. In New Jersey, Mr.
Schecher represented the seller of the Morgan Stanley Building located in Lawrenceville. brokered the sale and arranged the
acquisition loan for Market Square Plaza, consisting of a sixteen story, 179,000 square foot class A office building located in
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, valued at $36 million. Greg also originated and closed the refinancing of Shadow Wood Square, a
landmark Boca Raton shopping center. Also the refinancing of the ground lease secured by the world headquarters of HBO
located on the Avenue of the Americas, NYC, and the refinancing of the landmark Latham Hotel in Philadelphia.
