Please take a few minutes

September 11, 2001
Attack on America
In a horrific suicide attack against the United States, terrorists crash
commercial passenger jets into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon,
killing thousands of innocent people.
The Horror
America Grieves
The world mourns
Israel
Cambodia
The UK
Newspapers around the world the day after the attack
The world is in shock
But amid the shock, rises the human instinct to do something. In Israel, within hours of
the attack, citizens spontaneously line up to donate blood, light candles, grieve the
dead, and fly the American flag. A national day of mourning is declared as all Israeli
flags are lowered to half mast, in respect and sympathy for the American tragedy. The
Israeli government is among the first to offer a search and rescue team to help with the
rescue efforts. Streets in Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem are renamed “Pentagon Rd.” and
“New York St.”.
But some people did not grieve
While in London, Ottawa, Tel-Aviv and Moscow tens of
thousands mourn, gave blood and participated in support rallies,
in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Lebanon thousands of
Palestinians danced and celebrated, chanting “God is Great”,
firing in the air and handing out sweets.

families and friends, from their hard work
and their good works, from their joys and
their melancholy -- these Americans, whose
final agonies were celebrated in the streets
of Palestine and elsewhere in the Arab
world, a world of captive minds, unworkable
economies, and failed societies -- weren't on
the front lines. They need no equivalents and
have none. They enter our history books as
the involuntary but decisive instruments of a
great and chastening lesson: that there is true
evil in the world and that this evil cannot be
placated. It must be fought and, sadly, it
must be fought continuously and fiercely.”

Every decent, honest person should ask
WHY?
Why are these people celebrating the death of so many innocent
people? How can they be so happy just because American citizens die?
Where does this hatred come from
?
This hatred was nurtured for many years by poisonous
incitement in the Palestinian education and media.
Arafat’s incitement against America should not come as a
surprise. It is nothing new. During the Gulf War, in 1991,
Yasser Arafat was Saddam Hussein's biggest supporter. In the
West Bank and Gaza thousands of Palestinians marched in
anti-U.S. rallies and called on Hussein to destroy the U.S.
Arafat’s legitimacy was hurt due to his support of Saddam
Hussein. He learned his lesson… After September 11th,,
when he saw his people dancing in the streets and knew how
terrible it would look in the press of the free world, he stated
that he was “shocked” by what happened in the U.S. The
Palestinian Authority threatened AP and Reuters journalists
and warned them not to broadcast these images, saying they
could not be held responsible for the journalists’ lives and
safety if they were to do so. . .
With his cynical manipulations of the world media, Arafat reached
new depths.
He donated blood for the American
victims.
Well, he didn’t REALLY donate
his blood, but the world media got
a great show.
The truth is that his blood was spilled right after it was drawn,
because Arafat takes many medications and his blood is unfit for
public use.
But as a media gimmick, it was a big success for Arafat.
Palestinian children are encouraged to step on American and Israeli flags
during Palestinian Authority’s military training camps and demonstrations.
The hate that has nourished the Palestinian people for so many
years, in the Palestinian’s media and education system, can not
be turned off with a button each time Arafat is afraid about the
way it will look in the free world media.

The Palestinian official
television is supported by the
U.S.A. and the E.U.
Turn on the TV - a sheik offers “blessings to whoever saved a
bullet to put in a Jew's head.” Open the mail - a letter from Arafat
praises the Tel Aviv disco terrorist as a “model of manhood and
sacrifice.” Send a child to one of the Palestinian Authority's
summer camps and he learns that murdering Jews will assure him
a place in heaven. Click on the web site of Arafat's PLO faction
(www.fateh.net) and read how the killing must continue until “the
Zionist state is demolished.”

These are the people
who want the
destruction of Israel.
They are dangerous,
not only to Israel, but to
the entire free world.
Millions of people throughout the Islamic world flood the streets
in happiness and praise Bin Laden and his act in the U.S.
The perpetrator
Top intelligence officials told Congress this week that the Lebanese Hezbollah
and possibly Palestinian groups such as Hamas are suspected of helping the
suicide pilots.
Intelligence sources say that, despite religious differences and political
rivalries, Hezbollah and bin Laden's Al-Qaeda have been working together
for some time.
Bin Laden operative Ali Mohammed, who pleaded guilty to conspiracy in the
bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, testified about meetings
between the Saudi millionaire and Hezbollah leaders. He also told of
explosives training given to Al-Qaeda operatives by Hezbollah fighters.
There is also evidence that both organizations were involved in the deadly
Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia and the attack on the USS Cole in
Yemen.
Representatives of Al-Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and
other terror organizations met in Beirut in February to form "a terrorist
NATO" to fight the United States and Israel, sources said.

All 19 hijackers lived, trained
and got ready for their deed in
the U.S. and Europe, without
raising any suspicion.
No. It’s not Islam’s fault. Islam as a religion is against such acts.
While, obviously, most Muslims are not terrorists, the majority of
international terror today comes from Islamic countries. A short
look at the new FBI’s wanted list will show 22 names. All Islamic
extremists.
Islamic leaders, all over the world, encourage young believers to
commit suicide and kill as many civilians as possible in Israel and
elsewhere, thereby going to heaven as “Shahids.”
The voice of the moderate Islamic leaders, who are against such
acts, who say that acts directed at civilians are, actually, against
Islam, is not strong enough, especially in Islamic countries. Where
are the fatwas (an Islamic religious decree) from leaders of the
Islamic world saying that it’s wrong to kill innocent people?
The western world has not acted decisively against
terrorist groups and countries who sponsor them,
allowing terrorism to function and blossom freely
within their borders. The West prefers to turn a blind
eye, hoping that the terrorists will leave them alone.
But for these terrorists, everyone in the
western world is an infidel and a target.

government. Their leaders are self-appointed. They hate our freedoms: our

What should the free world do
?
The Taliban
The Taliban’s edicts:
Women under the Taliban rule
can’t show any part of their
body in public, or they will
suffer heavy punishment.
They have no right to study or
to have a career.
The Taliban has no respect for
other faiths besides Islam or to
human history and heritage. It
gave an order to destroy huge
Buddha statues that were in
Afghanistan for 1500 years -- an
international treasure.
The Taliban ordered that non-Muslims will be singled out and
asked to wear a “yellow badge on their chests.”
This is a shocking and sinister reminder of the attempted
genocide of the Jewish people during the Holocaust, and the evil
of which mankind is capable.
The Taliban is giving its auspices to Osama Bin-Laden, a man
responsible for the bombing in 1998 of two U.S. embassies in
Africa, killing 301 people, and for the bombing in 2000 of the
USS Cole in Yemen, killing 17 American servicemen.
The free world has known about these evils for a long time. The
Taliban should have been called to task for its crimes a long time
ago by the free world.
It’s very sad that it took such a huge tragedy on
September 11, 2001 to make the free world attack
the Taliban.
Who knows what would have happened if the
world had acted earlier to stop the Taliban regime
and to act against Osama Bin Laden? Many lives
could perhaps have been saved.
It is crucial that the free world stop these terror
groups and the countries who harbor them;
otherwise it’s only a matter of time before the
terrorists will strike again.

into bin Laden, the Taliban, and radical Islam is not just solipsistic. It is
nonsense.
If poverty and destitution, colonialism and capitalism are animating
radical Islam, explain this: In March, the Taliban went to the Afghan
desert where stood great monuments of human culture, two massive
Buddhas carved out of a cliff.
At first, Taliban soldiers tried artillery. The 1,500-year-old masterpieces
proved too hardy. The Taliban had to resort to dynamite. They blew the
statues to bits, then slaughtered 100 cows in atonement--for having
taken so long to finish the job.
Buddhism is hardly a representative of the West. It is hardly a cause of
poverty and destitution. It is hardly a symbol of colonialism. No. The
statues represented two things: an alternative faith and a great work of
civilization. To the Taliban, the presence of both was intolerable.”

The only difference between the attempt to blow up the World Trade
Center in 1993 and the tragedy of September 11th is the fact that the
second incident succeeded.
The aim was the same. The US and the world knew that Bin Laden
and the al-Qaida organization were responsible for the bombing of
US embassies in Africa and of the USS Cole in Yemen. Why didn’t
they take action to stop them? Why did they give them another
chance to strike again?
The free world has to stop these terror groups and
countries that support them, before the next terror attack.
Not After!

VX gas. Syria has chemical weapons. Iran is
developing nukes. They all sponsor terrorists. Now
is the time to go after state-sponsored terrorism.

others to fall -- whether by economic and
diplomatic pressure, internal revolt or, as a last

Let’s look at The
Hizballah
The Hizballah, a terror group that is connected
to Bin Laden’s Al-Qaida and sponsored by Iran
and Syria, is a good example.

anti-US terrorist attacks, including the suicide truck bombing of the US
Embassy and US Marine barracks in Beirut in October 1983 and the US
Embassy annex in Beirut in September 1984. Elements of the group were
responsible for the kidnapping and detention of US and other Western
hostages in Lebanon. The group also attacked the Israeli Embassy in
Argentina in 1992.”

amounts of financial, training, weapons, explosives, political,
diplomatic, and organizational aid from Iran and Syria.”

Not only does the world not act against the Hizballah, a
group responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Americans
and the kidnapping of many people from the U.S. and
Europe, UN Secretary General Kofi Anan even met with
Hizballah’s leader Hasan Nasrallah, and thereby gave the
organization the legitimacy it seeks so badly.
Iran, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and
Sudan continue to be the seven governments that the
US Secretary of State has designated as state sponsors
of international terrorism.
Iran remained the most active state sponsor of
terrorism in 2000. It provided increasing support to
numerous terrorist groups, including the Lebanese
Hizballah, HAMAS, and the Palestine Islamic Jihad
(PIJ), which seek to undermine the Middle East
peace negotiations through the use of terrorism.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Yasser Arafat met with
leaders from Iran - a country that supports and sponsors
terrorist groups such as Hizballah and Hamas - after all,
he himself harbors many terrorist organizations.
Besides, Arafat has always had a close relationship with
world leaders who sponsor terror, including Iran’s
Khomeini and Cuba’s Castro.

But what about leaders of the free world?
Why do they meet with leaders of a country that
supports and sponsors international terror?
By doing so, they give these leaders a legitimacy, instead
of criticizing them for their actions.
And take Syria
A country that supports, controls and harbors the Hizballah,
and is on the US State Department’s list as a state that
sponsors terror, just joined the UN security council…
What is the message from the free world to
countries that support terror…?
“Although Syria claimed to be committed to the
peace process, it did not act to stop Hizballah and
Palestinian rejectionist groups from carrying out antiIsraeli attacks. Damascus also served as the primary
transit point for terrorist operatives traveling to
Lebanon and for the resupply of weapons to
Hizballah. Damascus appeared to maintain its
longstanding ban on attacks launched from Syrian
territory or against Western targets.”

These are the players that present a real and
present danger to the free world.
The free world today is facing a new era. If the
free world won’t stop them now, the dangers will
increase exponentially and God help us then.
Time is against us. We must not wait until they
stockpile weapons of mass destruction biological, chemical, or nuclear.

towards Israel, do public penance for the injustice of a global economy and rain

The Secretary of State designates Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO’s), in consultation with the Attorney General and the
Secretary of the Treasury. These designations are undertaken pursuant to the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended by the
Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996. FTO designations are valid for two years, after which they must be
redesignated or they automatically expire. Redesignation after two years is a positive act and represents a determination by the

The designation of state sponsors of terrorism by the United States--and the imposition of sanctions--is a mechanism for isolating
nations that use terrorism as a means of political expression. US policy seeks to pressure and isolate state sponsors so they will
renounce the use of terrorism, end support to terrorists, and bring terrorists to justice for past crimes. The United States is committed
to holding terrorists and those who harbor them accountable for past attacks, regardless of when the acts occurred. The US
Government has a long memory and will not simply expunge a terrorist's record because time has passed. The states that choose to
harbor terrorists are like accomplices who provide shelter for criminals. They will be held accountable for their "guests'" actions.
International terrorists should know, before they contemplate a crime, that they cannot hunker down in safehaven for a period of
time and be absolved of their crimes.
FBI "Most Wanted Terrorists" List
United States Government officials have announced the creation of the "Most Wanted Terrorists" List. The first
individuals placed on this list are 22 people wanted for their role in crimes committed since 1985, crimes which resulted
in the death of innocent people around the world.
