Send FOSA to Employee
• Once Employee Relations submits the
final FOSA Evaluation to the Supervisor,
the Supervisor conducts face to face
meeting with employee to discuss.
• After the meeting, Supervisor sends FOSA
Evaluation to the employee in PATH.
