Drop down box navigation for goal plans and
performance.
Navigate goal plans between years.
Complete self review- under performance.
May update goals in self review or through goal plan
Goal plan transfers information to self review.
Saving for later-click on Save and Finish Later.
Complete- click on Finalize Form. If this was
finalized in error, contact Chris Annicella to have reopened.

performance, and one is for performance that needs to

July 1 Salary Recommendation
•HR or supervisors notify employees when time to do the self review-normal process.
•Employee fills out self review (under Performance) form in MY UI Career.
•Supervisor adds comments and ratings in My UI Career, HOLDS the form.
•Employee and supervisor meet, supervisor shares form, comments and rating.
•Supervisor modifies form if they believe it’s needed, sends form to employee
(button at bottom of form), after entering the “performance discussion” date. This is
the date that is recorded in HRIS. Must occur prior to 3/31/14.
•Employee has opportunity to comment and finalizes form.





Sept – Jan 2014: Training on UI MY Career
Fall 2013: Staff enter goals in to goal plan
from 2012-2013 review and adjusts as
needed.
January-February 2014: Staff begins
completing self review using online form.
February - March, 2014: Supervisor reviews
and meets with staff.
By March 31, 2014: Supervisors meet with
staff and finalize review.
