conclude on May 21, 2010. Open enrollment meetings will
start on April 19, 2010.

identification of problems when they are easiest to treat.

 All employees who move to a new medical plan will
receive new ID cards. The cards will be shipped to
your home mailing address.
 Continue to use your current ID cards until 6/30/10.
Use the new ID cards effective 7/1/10.

Flexible Spending Account –
Wage Works

Contribute to up to $3,000 per year to the health savings account
and/or up to $5,000 per year to the dependent care savings account.

Money is deducted from your paycheck on a “before tax” basis to cover
the cost of eligible items such as: copays, glasses, dental work,
prescriptions, daycare for your children, etc.

Don’t forget the use-it-or-lose-it rule

Should you enroll in the new HSA $2,500 plan, you can enroll in a
Limited Purpose FSA to receive reimbursement for Dental, Vision
and/or Dependent Care expenses. The HSA account can be used for
Medical, Dental and Vision expenses as well.
