Think About This...
If you always do,
What you have always done;
Then you will always get,
What you have always gotten.
Does this sound like you?

I am challenged when I have to talk with and
engage employees in a discussion about how
performance improvement.
I don’t always know how and when to assert myself
as a leader.
I am not always clear how to align my goals and the
goals of my team with the City of Dallas’ strategic
direction.
It is challenging for me to adjust or flex my
communication style to work effectively with others
with different communication and personality styles.
Is it time to take your leadership
to a higher altitude?
Should you enroll in this program?
