COMPANY SUMMARY
Our professional career spans over thirty five years in Business
Development, Mechanical Engineering, R&D, Product Development,
Industrial Design and Marketing in the fields of: aerospace, power
generation, aviation structures, wind energy, alternative energy systems,
missile defense systems, advanced computing / telecom devices, racing
industry, oil/gas/mining and pyrotechnics.
Throughout our 35 year we have managed, engineered,
overseen and monitored many programs from inception to completion,
including proposal development, product design, procurement,
subcontracting, manufacturing, testing, delivery, installation and
acceptance of products all while ensuring adherence to tight budgets,
schedules and contract requirements. We have worked directly with
government representatives as well as political representatives.
We have extensive experience in reviewing and developing
technical approaches, feasibility and cost estimates. We have
planned and directed integration programs for engineering teams
and have conducted program coordination as well as acted as the
primary customer contact on status and performance
requirements. We’ve developed solutions to problems of significant
complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and
innovation while applying our many years of engineering and
business background to theoretical concepts.
Through many of our product development cycles and business
opportunities, we’ve planned and calculated resources
for programs such as: engineering, manpower, production,
customer support and facilities. we’ve establish pricing for new
business proposals, participated in marketing new technologies,
negotiated contracts, secured business relationships, developing
potential new business and obtaining follow-on business and
technical support.

•Manufactured master parts of the F-16 landing gear
•Prototype machining for the Space Shuttle “Orbitor”
•Custom mold work and permanent mold tooling and castings
•Welding and fabricating expertise (e.g. eutectic, metalizing, tig etc.)
•Built test fixtures for the A-12 aircraft program
•Designed and built tooling and fixtures for Boeing 777 program.
•Co-authored tooling design manual for designing standards
•Designed and built tooling for the grinding and processing of turbine airfoils
