Schwartz Rounds, developed at Massachusetts General Hospital, are multi-disciplinary sessions dedicated to strengthening relationships between caregivers and patients. These sessions are not about clinical problem-solving, but rather about exploring and processing the emotions that come up in the daily work of hospital staff. We will explore difficult issues, gain insight into the non-clinical aspects of patient care, and support one another in this challenging work. For more information please log onto www.theschwartzcenter.org
