Solution: • Create two document libraries in the department site, ‘Dropbox’ and ‘Submitted’. • ‘Dropbox’ has contribute permissions for staff and students. • ‘Submitted’ has contribute for staff and full control for SharePoint/system (no access for students) • Use SharePoint Designer to build workflow ( with additional workflows from Codeplex) Dropbox workflow Button on Home Page Upload form ‘Dropbox’ library Yes set permissions for SP/System Move file to ‘Submitted’ No send email to student Delete file Yes send email to student [email protected]
