What is proposal writing?
An effort to produce a document capable of successful
competition for RTD funding (what makes it competitive?)
In accordance with requirements of the funding agency
(the EC)
Within a very strict timeframe (deadline is deadline…)
With certain and limited resources (capable people,
money,…)
Writing a project proposal is a project in its
own right!!!
