– Support funding to maintain or improve class sizes at all levels of
instruction
– Adjust staffing levels based on enrollment and programming
considerations
– Maintain and improve strong professional development initiatives
• Strive for balance and equity between all levels of the district
• Educate and service all East Lyme students, whenever possible, within
their home district
• Recommend a budget for the East Lyme Public Schools that assures
continued excellence for the district and is responsive to our
community’s economic constraints.
