This will take you to the Login page.

Password.

Step 4: Select services
Service Options:
Trouble Ticket
Add Subscriber and Service
Add Service to Subscriber
Add Location to Service
Move Service
Change Service
Disconnect Service
Tellie
Fone
Telecom Admin
Email address
Step 5: Enter new subscriber information.
First Name
Last Name
User ID is optional
Step 6: Select
Department: Drop down menu with a list of all
of your departments.
Subscriber Group: In most cases this will be
Administrative.
Step 7: Select Service Type
Step 8: Enter New location information.
Building
Room
Floor
Jack

Step 9: Select the template for the Voice Service Type
you are requesting.

Step 10: Select date you want the service installed.
For Telecom Admin Use
Step 11: Enter any additional information.
- New number will not be published in the Mason directory,
provide the phone number that will be published.
-New number will appear on other phones.
-Who to see for access.
Install new service. See Pam Larkin for access. Published number
will be x3-1234. Program main number and rollover as ringing
appearance on x3-2345.

new service.

Step 15: Check cart entry.
Step 16: Proceed to checkout.

Once you have placed the order you will be give a Request #. This is called a Pre-Order.
You will be able to view your order by selecting the Orders tab in the Services section.
You also have the option to print your request at any time.
