Submit application Staff reviews the application Draft a contract and perform a pre-inspection - the District inspector has to witness the engine in operating condition Sign the contract Order and install the new engine Post-inspection

The District inspector has to witness the engine rendered inoperable or the grantee has to provide a proof from a licensed scrapage yard.
