Arrangements
The Non- Refundable Deposit due upon signing a contract is 1/3 of the total
contracted balance. You are allowed to reserve any available date with a minimum of
$250.00 with the remainder of the deposit due one week prior to your service date.
Room rentals require a 50% deposit.
We accept the following items for payment:
Visa – Master Card – Discover Card - Cash – Personal / Cashiers Checks
(Must be paid one (1) week prior to your due date.)
The Ambassador requires a $250 Room Rental if the following minimum is not met:
Breakfast (5am – 11am) $750.00
Lunch
(11am – 3pm) $1000.00
Dinner
(3pm – 10pm) $1200.00
The following chart will be used if you have less than 100 guest or greater than 500
guests:
99-75 guest
500 – 1000 guest (deduct 6%)
74-50 guest
1000+ (Call for Rates)
49-25 guest
Contract changes may be made (in some cases) no later than 3 days prior to your due
date. Prices differ on holidays.
Children’s prices are available at 20% off, up to 20% of the total number of guests.
Discounted prices 45 inch tall or less (approximately six years of age or younger) You
may also request a separate children’s menu for larger events.

Liquor Services
Cash Bar
A Cash Bar can be provided for your affair free of charge with a $500
sales guarantee. To open this bar a small refundable~ deposit of $100
will be required and refunded upon meeting the sales guarantee.
Open Bar
An Open Bar can be provided along with a dinner for an additional
$10.50 per person for four hours or $7.00 per person for two hours. This
includes House Liquors, Beer, Wine and Soda. All times are to be
continuous
Call Bar
A Call Bar can be provided along with dinner for an additional $13.75 per
person for four hours or $8.25 per person for two hours. This includes
most popular Call Liquors, Beer, Wine and Sodas.
Beer/Wine/Soda
Budweiser, Bud Light, Chablis, Zinfandel, and Soda, can be provided for
$7.50 extra per person for four hours, and $4.00 per person for two
hours.
