Come Celebrate
The function suite at Sunbury Golf Centre is an ideal place to hold
your special occasion, whether it’s a birthday party, anniversary,
wedding reception, christening, leaving party, retirement party,
work conference…etc.
Located upstairs in the clubhouse it provides wonderful panoramic
views across our parkland golf course. The bar provides a wide
range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and all
amenities are easily accessible.
Our food and beverage team can cater for all occasions with our
service second to none and our kitchen providing a level of food
that will bring you back for many future visits. Each buffet we
make is tailor made to suite the individual needs of you and your
guests… The packages here are more a guide to what we can
offer you, and are all easily interchangeable… For health and
hygiene reasons, we do not allow clients to provide their own
buffets.

For parties with over 150 people both upstairs and downstairs must
be booked giving a maximum capacity of 230 guests.
We can provide a Disco for any event. The cost for booking through
us is £250 Monday through to Sunday.
For any Birthday parties up to the age of 30 Security must be
booked. This is a cost of £300.00; we will then provide two
registered security personnel for your event.
Upstairs room hire includes private bar, dance floor and access to
patio area overlooking the golf course.
Minimum Food spend applies on Friday and Saturdays of £750 and
there will be an additional room hire supplement for December
bookings.
The room hire cost includes: Licensed bar till 1am (except Sunday)
Bar and waiting staff (if required)

•Braised Shank of Lamb served with Colcannon mashed potato and a red currant
jus, accompanied by seasonal vegetables
•Roast Sirloin of Beef accompanied by a Yorkshire Pudding served with Roast
Potatoes with Seasonal Vegetables
•Supreme of Chicken Wrapped in Bacon served with a cider and wholegrain
mustard jus, accompanied by Roasted New potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
•Traditional Roasted Pork Loin with Crackling accompanied by Roasted potatoes,
sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce and seasonal vegetables.
•Grilled Salmon steak served on a bed of wilted spinach with new potatoes and
honey glazed carrots with Sauce Hollandaise.
