Overview

• Brief How-to – Submit Verification Requests – View Notifications – View & Edit Verifications • Stakeholder requests submitted by the JPAS Program Management Office ISFD Working Group

https://www.dss.mil/ Mouse Over “Applications” and Click on “ISFD

Click on “ISFD LOGIN”

Enter your UID & Password — Click “Login.”

Notifications:

My Notifications is where you will see your current and past notifications.

User Management:

Only available option is to change your password.

Click on “Submit Verification Request” to submit a new verification

Two ways to look up your own facility: by CAGE Or by Facility Name Make sure you select “Facility”

Enter Requestor Information

Enter Request Details

Select the facility you want And submit Here are the search Results for “L-3” in the Legal Name and “Greenville” in the City Name

You have not verified You can choose to reset all information in the verification above.

The FCL until you click, “Submit & Continue” or “Submit and View “Submit and Exit”

You will see all new Notifications Click on “View” to View the notification You can search all previous notifications By selecting “All”

By clicking on “Home” You can go back to the Starting page. Click on “My Verifications” To view all verification Requests.

From here, you can edit Any of your verification Requests or view a list of Previous notifications for A particular verification.

By clicking on a column Heading, you can sort by That column.

Here, “Facility Legal Name” Has been selected.

Click on “My Notifications” to view your Notifications.

You will see all new Notifications Here, I have no new notifications You can search all previous notifications By selecting “All”

By clicking “All” and “Submit,” All previous notifications appear.

From here, you can view, edit (the Verification Request), or delete your notifications.

You will be required To confirm every deletion.

JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (1) • JPAS SMO-like user management • Query facility records by FSO Name • Add a link to electronically submit New Facility Clearance Sponsorships • External Users should be able to revise and update certain data elements belonging to their facility • Verifications should include alternate FSO/POC contact information

JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (2) • Security Review Findings: – Stored in discrete data elements – NISPOM reference associated – Available to External (Industry) Users • Automatically remove expired verifications from view • Include a link to the ISRep’s email address • Include Information System Security Manager (ISSM) information in the verification

JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (3) • Names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail for both the local DSS ISR and Regional Field Office should be available when viewing verifications • Based on user level, authorized external users (FSOs) should be able to pull data, creating ad hoc reports for their own facility and all facilities under their corporate structure. Users should be able to view and query appropriate data from facilities subsidiary to their own
