We are a medium-sized university college
with 4000 students and 450 staff members.
•
We are located in Northern Europe, in two neighbouring towns Halden
and Fredrikstad, south-east of Norway.

Østfold University College offers a number of bachelor programmes and
a few master programmes, several of which include a period of study
abroad.
Most of our study programmes are taught in Norwegian, however we
also offer a number of courses taught in English, German, French and
Spanish.
