• Internet Explorer from 8.0 down to 5.5 versions, the leading
versions of Firefox (cross platform) and Safari (cross platform)

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN

• You are given two accounts when you apply for

Though they are separate, you will only have ONE
username and ONE password for both.
• Your e-mail account gives you access to any e-mail
messages you might receive from your instructors, fellow
students or JJC. The account is created overnight.
• Your eResources account enables you to access your
student records via the Web as well as register and pay for
your classes.
WHAT'S MY eResources LOGIN, AND HOW
DO I GET A PASSWORD?
• You have one JJC username and one JJC
password. Visit the password help page to look up
your ID and/or username. Passwords are no
