All grades are recorded
electronically using

using their EUID and Password.
• There are links at my.unt.edu to assist you
in finding your EUID and password.

Grade Reporting Schedule
• For important dates and deadlines, go to
http://essc.unt.edu/eis/grading.htm
• Departments or Colleges/Schools will be
sent reports identifying outstanding grades
in EIS.
How Grade Reporting

• Grade Rosters are currently not
available in

• After grade rosters are created instructors can
enter grades and approve their grade rosters as
needed.

• The primary instructor for each
course is responsible for the data entry and
approval of their grades.
• If grading assistance is needed (i.e. TA),
individuals can be given access to the grade
roster through

• HOWEVER . . . . Only the primary instructor
can give final approval for the grade roster.
• If your course requires an individual to assist with grading a
form can be downloaded at
http://essc.unt.edu/eis/docs/EIS_Additional_Grader_A
ccess_Form.pdf and faxed to the Registrar’s Office.
• Only the primary instructors can assign graders to their
courses.
What is Grade Approval?
• The grade approval process is
the final action on the grade roster
that indicates to the Registrar’s Office that the
grades for the course have been assigned and are
ready to be posted to the student record.
• Grades Rosters that are not approved cannot be
posted.
