ABE/GED students: non-degree/non-certificate students
taking courses with Institutional Division Code “GE”. This
code is used to identify ABE/GED courses, but it was not
fully implemented until Fall 2001.
All credit students (or total): students taking any credit
course (non-CEU); includes non-degree/non-certificate,
degree/certificate, and ABE/GED
