In Asia, 78% of CEOs believe it is essential to upgrade tactics to recruit people. Two-thirds say it is difficult to recruit people with a combination of technical and commercial skills. 94% of CEOs are trying to address shortfalls by investing in training and development, particularly in the areas universities don’t cover. Business leaders must master the art of anticipating, creating and managing change through people.
