Web Student Management/OF/DI/RE/Discipline Counts Report
This report counts the total suspensions and expulsions for each offense, by
grade level.
• Two versions of this report must be created. It is recommended that the
reports be developed in entity 000. This will allow for them to be run for a
single entity or district wide.
• There will be 1 report for Expulsions
• There will be 1 report for Suspensions
• It may take a little while get the reports set up. There is a document posted
to the student records training materials web site, called Discipline Counts
Report for the Annual Weapons and Student Behavior Reports. The
document describes how to set up the report in Skyward Web Access. It
can also be set up in Skyward Citrix.

Creates a Scheduled Task.
You can edit the Task to Change the date and time.

Athletic Grading – Auto Post
Schedule Task
When the Scheduled Task runs:
• The current term grade populates the ATH bucket for those
students in ‘open’ Activities.
•NOTE: Always the TERM grade, never the Semester grade
•If no term grade exists, blank is posted
•The ATH bucket is not ‘cleared’ first, so when a Term grade
does not exist, the ATH grade is unchanged.
•If the student dropped the course the ATH bucket remains
unchanged.
•A report is produced in the print queue.
•The scheduled task runs for the entire district.
