ICT has the potential to transform the way
that government does its work:

Efficiency at which applications are filed and taxes
paid
An increase in government ICT portfolio will:
Support core functions performed by Ministries;
Support work process re-engineering resulting
from the rationalization and rightsizing exercise;
and
Facilitate information management and sharing
