Communitisation
 Communitisation is a means to promote socio economic development
in rural areas by active involvement of the community members
 This will ensure the quality, transparency and sustainability in the long
run
 Change in approach, expansion of the programme, adoption of new
technology and tapping of funds from Govt. will be easier
 Effective linkages with banks and convergence with line dept
 Help NGO to implement programme without any pressure from
politicians, Govt. Authorities and also bring good recognition

Objectives
1.
To build the sense of ownership by project participants for sustenance
of the programme

Formation and strengthening of second tier community institutions for
dairy husbandry based livelihoods.

Forward & Backward linkages with existing institutions for marketing
and input supply.

Formation of village level community based organisation of dairy

Identification and capacity building of community resource person to
be trained to support dairy husbandry activities.

Formation of a cluster level/District level Association of dairy farmers.

Leveraging funds from higher AI charges and donations from profitable
societies
